A gentle class with an invitation for you to connect movement with your breath. Hatha yoga is a traditional practise that uses Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breath) to calm the mind and prepare your body for other practises such as meditation. Your hatha class will include gentle stretches either seated, lying or standing as well as some balances. As with every class you will enjoy a restful Savasana to calm you mind and totally release your body.
A class to celebrate movement and admire the capabilities of your body. Flow encourages you to coordinate your breath with movement to enable you to flow from one posture to another. This class includes yoga styles such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Great for building strength and flexibility you will leave this class feeling satisfied that you have energised your body and settled your mind all in one go.
This class is a real treat and is a great way to end your working week and give you a reset to enjoy your weekend. As the name suggests you will work through a number of resting and deep stretching postures encouraging you to restore. Working with your body and breath a true sense of relaxation can be achieved. Feel free to bring layers to wear and a blanket for warmth and comfort (we do have blankets available), it’s nice to be cozy!
